SENSITIZATION AND RECRUITMENT AT RNMU

RNMU as a member based organization, it is important to continuously recruit more members all the time. There is an ongoing sensitization and recruitment exercise in Kigali (15th July 2020) and Nyagatare ( 13th-17th/July 2020) a district in the Eastern province of the country.

As more members join the Union, the stronger and more sustainable it becomes. Usually any employee should belong to a trade union, RNMU in particular offers a variety of benefits to its members such as Professional Trainings (CPD, mentor ship, online professional trainings, Leadership trainings, advocacy trainings, research), Wellness (Social, legal assistance., Gender empowerment, disability inclusion program…), Advocate for good and fair education, improvement of working conditions (working hours, salary, promotion, work load, etc.  License to practice and collective bargaining.

Sensitization is for involving and activating the already existing members and recruiting more members. The members should know their rights and benefits to the union or organization. More recruitment is going on.

Solidarity Forever….
