The Rwanda Nurses and Midwives Union (RNMU) is convening its Board Meeting, bringing together members of the National Executive Committee, Audit Committee, and Conflict Resolution Committee to reflect on progress, evaluate ongoing activities, and strategically plan for the future of the Union.
As part of strengthening institutional capacity and leadership effectiveness, RNMU Board Members are also undertaking training on International Labour Standards. The training is facilitated by Comrade Hobess Nkundimana, an independent labour rights consultant, and is aimed at enhancing the Board’s knowledge and capacity in promoting labour rights, ensuring compliance, and advancing fair work practices in the nursing and midwifery profession.
