The Rwanda Nurses and Midwives Union (RNMU) is conducting a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training for nurses and midwives from Rubavu District focused on Clinical Breast Examination (CBE) and breast cancer care.
The training aims to strengthen participants’ knowledge and practical skills in breast cancer screening, early detection, treatment approaches, and the management of treatment-related side effects to enhance the quality of care provided to patients.
Through this CPD initiative, RNMU continues to support nurses and midwives with updated knowledge and skills that contribute to early diagnosis, effective management, and improved health outcomes for breast cancer patients.
