RNMU Conducted Leadership and Membership Training for Nurses and Midwives at RBC

The Rwanda Nurses and Midwives Union (RNMU) organized a leadership and membership training for nurses and midwives working with the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC) to strengthen their understanding of leadership, professional engagement, and the importance of membership in advancing the nursing and midwifery profession.

The training provided a platform for participants to discuss the role of nurses and midwives in improving healthcare services, strengthening professional collaboration, and contributing to the development of the profession.

As the backbone of healthcare delivery, nurses and midwives play a critical role in ensuring quality, safe, and patient-centered care. Through this initiative, RNMU continues to create opportunities that empower healthcare professionals with knowledge and skills to enhance their leadership and professional contribution.
