The Rwanda Nurses and Midwives Union (RNMU) participated in a stakeholder workshop organized by Partners In Health Rwanda to discuss nurse- and midwife-led models of care and the future of advanced nursing practice in Rwanda.
The workshop brought together key stakeholders to exchange ideas on strengthening the role of nurses and midwives in healthcare delivery, advancing nursing practice, and exploring innovative models of care that respond to the country's evolving health needs.
The workshop provided an important platform for RNMU to contribute to discussions on professional development, advocate for expanded roles for nurses and midwives, and support initiatives aimed at strengthening Rwanda's health system through high-quality nursing and midwifery services.
